Automatic Control and Robotics

The Master's degree in Automatic Control and Robotics is an official degree adapted to European Higher Education Area (EHEA) offered by the Technical University of Catalonia (UPC) since the academic course 2006-07. The Masters is managed by the Department of Systems Engineering, Automation and Industrial Informatics (ESAII) and the Institute for Systems and Control Engineering (IOC). It is a research oriented master in the area of Automatic Control and Robotics

Artificial Intelligence

The Postgraduate program offers high-quality education in various areas of Computer Science and Engineering, leading to the Master and PhD degrees. The program provides students a solid background, expands the knowledge in specialized disciplines and sows the seed for long-term professional excellence. The Master programs prepare the students to start qualified careers in industry or continue their education in a PhD program. The Master's thesis offers an opportunity to apply the attained knowledge and skills for solving a challenging problem in the students' preferred area of specialization.

Automatic Systems and Industrial Electronics

The aim of this master's degree is to produce top-level professionals in automation and industrial electronics. Automatic control and industrial electronics are crucial to the development of a society that is increasingly focused on information and knowledge as a basis for decision making, and essential for the functioning of any automatic or robotic control system. Graduates will be able to respond to the needs of sectors dealing with production processes and systems for generating, distributing and storing energy; the transport sector; and the logistics sector.
